I had a wonderful stay with my dog for one night, the staff was welcoming, the location was great, and the area was nice.

The hotel reception staff is very professional. The room is very spacious.

bed was not comfortable, possibly a little too soft. bathroom had some dirty towels, it seems that the laundry service and supervision by the hotel had failed. shower foot is very cool but it is a marble slab with a groove that hurts when you step on it, you have to enter with slippers. restaurant is a franchise, we went down to have breakfast and service was disastrous. We were few customers at that time, only 5, waitress made a mistake in the order... twice in a row..., she only wanted to talk to a friend, she had us 20 minutes for some toast (burnt), coffee with milk and a bottle juice. An unpleasant and annoying situation. She also behaved as if she was very overwhelmed, tables dirty and previous breakfasts without picking up from the bar and tables. That said, unprofessional and unpleasant.

The attention of the reception staff is very good, especially that of Pedro the boy who is at night, excellent attention and excellent check in, really deserves 10 pts just him because being nice and give a good treatment to those hours of the morning is an example of good worker! The only really disturbing thing is the noise in the rooms, I had read it in other comments but I did not give it much importance, so if you plan to sleep in the morning really this hotel is not for you..

noise from one room to the other is crazy and noise in the corridors too, in our case we chose it because it's great if you go to the warner park one day and look for a place nearby to rest and then go back to your city, we thought it was perfect and when we arrived we were freaking out because it's really the same as in the pictures and extremely spacious, we got to the hotel around 02:00:00 am with plans to sleep at least until 11:00 am and it was impossible, after 08:00 am children running down the corridor and you can hear everything, noise in the adjoining rooms.. the hotel is very beautiful but it is impossible to rest with so much noise going through the walls! Invest a little more in improving that theme and you will be a hotel of 10 pts!

The room is nicely decorated with a mini-fridge, climate control, and a personal safe, plus there is a wide variety of delicious food available for meals.

The price-performance ratio is very good. The staff is very polite. The rooms are very clean. Parking at the hotel is free of charge. What more could you ask for?

Hotel located in an industrial estate with free parking at the door, spacious rooms and bathroom and with a Lizarran restaurant inside the hotel for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Near Warner Park.

All rooms are non-smoking and non-smoking. All rooms have an ashtray. So when we entered our room there was an unbearable smell of tobacco, I asked to change rooms and they told me they were all like that, so we tried entering rooms until we found one that didn't smell. They told me they were all clean and thoroughly disinfected, but gentlemen, for a NON-smoker and with children, the smell of tobacco stays on curtains, ceilings, walls, furniture... they should have them separated by floors. The day we arrived from the warner it was 12 o'clock at night there was a smell of pot all along the corridor corridor that I don't want to imagine the smell that would stay in that room. For me that's an unpleasant experience.

I've stayed here multiple times and I'd definitely recommend it. The staff were always super friendly and on top of things. Plus, the restaurant right next door had a great selection of food to choose from. 🍽️

The rooms are new-fashioned and well decorated, provided with with table and chairs, massive bed and shower.

My dog and I loved being there. The personnel was excellent and especially helpful.Had comfortable and magnificent location on outskirts of Madrid.The tapas restaurant food was fab.The hotel was well-organized and perfect.

The beds had duvet covers! Location was perfect; Burger King was located next door.

We had not stayed at an Ibis Hotel before and were pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was. Our room was very modern and clean with a nice bathroom. The hotel did have a cafeteria restaurant if you wnated to have food. It also offered a breakfast (for an extra cost) that we did not eat at but it did look well done. The hotel is actually about 30 minutes from downtown Madrid by car. Compared to the prices for hotels closer to downtown is was terrific deal.
